ABOUT ME

I am a first-generation Latina and the daughter of immigrant parents. I am based in Riverside, CA, where I offer virtual support to people from the comfort of their homes.

I graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a B.S. in Psychology and Biology and from the University of Southern California with a Master’s in Social Work. I have worked in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient centers for eating disorders and medical facilities with those who struggled with organ failures and chronic illnesses.

I am specialized in chronic pain and disordered eating/eating disorders, and I will be committed to helping people build healthier relationships with their bodies. I also work with general life stressors, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My work focuses on recognizing and targeting the mind-body connection, behaviors, habits, and associated fears. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.

I’d love to help you find your new path.
